Seager Marine - CSI Industry Awards Recipient

Seager Marine is proud to announce that we are a recipient of the annual 2018 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Award of the brands of Nautique, Avalon Pontoon Boats, Chris-Craft, and Lund Fishing Boats. This award is presented to dealerships that provide excellence in customer service for the areas of sales and/ or service in the year 2018.

The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Seager Marine is being awarded because we have effectively met the needs of our customers and provided them with superior sales and service experiences. 

 The Award is derived from the feedback of our customers as part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2018, nationally, over 155,00 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 44,000 responding, so we display our achievements proudly.
